Moonlit Paws LLC provides mobile pet grooming services in and around Dallas, Texas.

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• We ask for at least 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee

• We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary (e.g., unsafe conditions, aggressive pets)

3. Pet Health & Safety

By booking, you confirm that:

• Your pet is healthy and up to date on vaccinations

• You will inform us of any medical or behavioral concerns

We prioritize your pet’s safety and may stop a service if it poses a risk.

4. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

We may accept various forms of payment (cash, card, etc.).

By providing your contact details, you agree to receive:

• Appointment reminders

• Service updates

6. Liability

• In case of emergency, we may seek veterinary care at your expense
